I find that creating music and art is a wonderful way to outwardly effect and motivate others as well as inwardly develop that sense of balance so crucial to a healthy mind and enriched life. I enjoy creating music (guitar, percussion, songwriting, vocals) and am in the ongoing, slow process of writing/recording.
